Education is fundamental for the growth of human beings.
To utilize our labor power in today’s modern society, we need to undergo rigorous academic training in schools and colleges.
Working-class people usually earn a living by creating articles for consumption, such as farming, raising livestock, weaving, etc., or by exchanging their labor power for daily, weekly, or monthly wages.
Primary education helps you read, write, speak, and communicate with others, which is essential for feeding ourselves.
Secondary education helps you expand your learning in the fields of science, mathematics, commerce, history, geography, civics, arts, and crafts, which also includes classes 10th and 12th.
Tertiary education includes undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the fields of engineering, architecture, arts and commerce, design, management, medicine, dentistry, nursing, pharmacy, etc.
Working-class people have primary requirements for food, shelter, clothing, and education.
To earn a good living and prevent the exploitation of our labor power, we must undergo a minimum training from the age of 3 to 22 years under primary, secondary, and tertiary levels of education.
For economic growth and infrastructure development in any modern society, a well-educated working class plays an important role in creating employment, producing articles for consumption, and generating revenue by exchanging labor power for money.
Modern society includes the ruling class (landlords and capitalists) and the working class (farmers, weavers, day traders, butchers, bakers, blacksmiths, carpenters, factory workers, government employees, and private professionals).
To do any work and earn a living, education is a very important aspect as it helps to impart good behavior, manners, skills to perform our tasks, and exchange our labor for money.
We learn from our parents, at schools and universities, and through various other modes of offline and online learning.
Our labor is easily replaceable in the job market as the new workforce replaces the older ones.
Financial education is also important for the working class, apart from earning a living.
Financial management will help you achieve early retirement and allow the newer workforce to replace the older ones. This will be helpful in transferring wealth from the privileged to the underprivileged members of society.
Working for a prolonged period of time can lead to health issues, and you won’t have sufficient time to enjoy life.
